Thank you for choosing GTROTORS for your brake needs. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products and are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on all our car rotors. Please review the terms and conditions of our warranty below:

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship such as pulsing when braking or grinding noises.
  • Premature wear or failure under normal use and conditions.
  • Note: Brake pads are covered for 3 months

3. What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, racing, off-road use, or modifications.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and rust.

4. Warranty Claims:

  • To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@gtrotors.com
  • Provide your original purchase receipt, proof of installation, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our team may request additional information or photos to process your claim.

5. Warranty Resolution:

  • Upon approval of your claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective rotor(s).
  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit for the original purchase price.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the defective rotor(s) to us.

6. Installation and Maintenance:

  • Proper installation and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your car rotors.
  • It is recommended to have the rotors installed by a certified professional and to follow all maintenance guidelines provided in your vehicle’s manual.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
