Welcome to GTROTORS.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GTROTORS website, services, and products, including all content, features, tools, and transactions available on or through our website. By using this website or purchasing products from GTROTORS, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the site or use our products or services.

1. Company Overview

GTROTORS is a supplier of high-performance aftermarket brake components, specializing in rotors and brake pad kits for passenger vehicles. Our products are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and are sold via our website and authorized eCommerce marketplaces.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or making a purchase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GTROTORS. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

3. Product Listings and Fitment Information

We strive for accuracy in all product listings, including compatibility charts, descriptions, vehicle applications, and images. However, due to variations in vehicle trims, aftermarket modifications, and manufacturer updates, fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to verify before purchase. If you have questions regarding compatibility, we encourage you to contact our customer service team prior to ordering. GTROTORS is not responsible for purchases made in error based on misinterpreted or overlooked product details.

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

All prices listed on GTROTORS.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or technical glitches do not obligate GTROTORS to honor erroneous prices. We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such issues. We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout methods. Orders will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed. Applicable state and local sales taxes may be charged at checkout in accordance with U.S. tax regulations.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by GTROTORS. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraudulent activity, payment issues, or inventory discrepancies. Orders may be cancelled by customers within a short time window after placement by contacting our support team. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

6. Shipping Policy

GTROTORS offers shipping to most locations within the United States. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and do not include handling time. We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather events, customs, or incorrect addresses. Any additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, GTROTORS is not liable for lost or stolen items. For expedited or special shipping requests, please contact our support team before placing an order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

GTROTORS accepts returns on most unused, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in new, resalable condition and include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation. To initiate a return, contact support@gtrotors.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not return items without authorization. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items that are not defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. GTROTORS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.

8. Warranty Policy

All GTROTORS-branded rotors are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, and brake pads by a 3-Month Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal driving conditions. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, improper installation, damage from off-road use or racing, modifications or third-party alterations, use of incompatible or substandard pads, or environmental exposure such as rust or corrosion. Customers must follow proper installation and maintenance procedures to preserve warranty eligibility. See our Warranty Policy page for full details.

9. Installation Responsibility

At GTROTORS, we strongly recommend that all brake rotors and related components be installed exclusively by a licensed and experienced professional mechanic or certified brake technician. Proper installation is critical to ensuring the safety, performance, and longevity of your braking system. Improper or amateur installation is one of the leading causes of premature brake failure, including issues such as rotor warping, uneven wear, vibration, brake noise, and reduced stopping power. Such problems not only compromise vehicle safety but will also void the terms of the product warranty.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the purchased parts are the correct fit for their specific vehicle make, model, year, and configuration. Failure to confirm compatibility prior to installation can result in product damage or performance issues, which are not covered under warranty.

During installation, it is essential to adhere strictly to manufacturer-recommended torque specifications for all bolts and fasteners. Over-tightening or under-tightening wheel lug nuts or rotor mounting bolts can cause rotor distortion, uneven braking, and potential component failure. In addition, all mating surfaces—including the hub, rotor, and caliper—should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected for rust, debris, or damage before assembly to ensure a proper, stable fit.

After installation, performing a correct bedding-in (or break-in) procedure is crucial. Bedding-in helps create an even layer of brake pad material transferred onto the rotor surface, which promotes consistent friction, minimizes vibration, and maximizes rotor life. Skipping or improperly performing this process can lead to uneven pad deposits, brake judder, noise, and accelerated rotor wear.

Beyond installation, ongoing maintenance of the entire braking system—including calipers, brake pads, brake fluid, and hardware—is necessary to preserve optimal function and prolong product lifespan. Neglecting routine inspections or servicing can cause premature component failure, which is not covered under warranty.

By ensuring professional installation, following proper procedures, and maintaining the braking system diligently, you protect your investment, maintain your vehicle’s safety, and preserve the full benefits of the GTROTORS warranty.

GTROTORS’ total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise, shall be limited exclusively to the amount you paid for the specific GTROTORS product(s) that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall GTROTORS be liable for any costs related to labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, vehicle downtime, towing, rental car fees, or any other related expenses.

This limitation applies even if GTROTORS was advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, or if such damages could have been reasonably foreseen.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, GTROTORS’ liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By purchasing GTROTORS products or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability reflects a reasonable allocation of risk and that the prices charged for our products and services are based in part on these limitations.

Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to violations of any representations, warranties, or obligations you have made under these Terms.

Your misuse or improper use of GTROTORS products, including but not limited to installation errors, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or use of parts in unintended applications.

Any claims related to personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from your negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations while using our products or services.

Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.

Any content you submit or transmit through the GTROTORS website that infringes on the rights of others or is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim or action. GTROTORS reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to cooperate with GTROTORS in asserting any available defenses.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of the GTROTORS website or any purchase of GTROTORS products.
