1. Return Window:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items:

  • Item's must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Item's must be in unused condition and is not damaged.
  • Item's that are returned in unsellable as new condition will be subject to a restocking fee as they can no longer be sold as is and will need to be refurbished before being sold at a discount.

3. Return Approval:

  • All returns are subject to approval from our team.
  • Please contact our customer service at to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Return Process:

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • If we made a mistake in sending you the wrong product, the return shipping label will be free of charge. Any other reasons, the return shipping will be paid by the customer or the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your total return.

5. Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive and process your return.
