Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the received date.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee if the item does not meet our criteria.

Process for Returns

  • Contact our customer service team at support@gtrotors.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is due to customer error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. (We can still send the return label, but return label cost will be deducted from your total refund)
